Richard has extensive experience across construction, business and project management.

Richard Podkriznik is the Managing Director of Oreana Homes overseeing the residential construction arm of Oreana Group and developing growth strategies for the business.

With almost 20 years’ experience, Richard manages the delivery of more than 400 homes each year and has overseen more than $200 million worth of residential construction projects. Through a variety of construction and management roles, Richard has extensive experience across construction, business and project management.

Starting his career as a carpenter and builder, Richard understands all facets of the industry and has utilised his unique insight to develop Oreana Homes’ capabilities to deliver high volumes and pursue strong growth targets.
